Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to Contact Us and obtain a “Product Return number” form that must be included with your package.

  1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
  2. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped different from item ordered), we will be responsible for the item exchange and postage. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage.
  3. Colour Errors: If the colour of the item received is not what was ordered, ie you order white and black shoes arrive you are qualified for exchange or a full refund. Note screen colours and colour batches may vary (we do not regard this as a colour error)
  4. This return policy does not apply to our resellers. Please contact us for additional instructions.

 

Specific Policies for Our Items

 

Replacement or Refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is requested that you check the item to make sure it is your size or has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Please try it on as soon as possible without altering, walking in damaging conditions, or removing the tags or other product attachments. Please note that you need to contact us to initiate any returns process.

If you are returning or exchanging items, please make sure they are in their original conditions – unworn,  unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. Noting you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all online orders have the additional non try on issue, we ask you to please take a few minutes to measure as per the foot sizing guide and enter those accurate details with your order at the checkout where requested.

Item is the size you ordered but does not fit

While we are certainly here to support you, please understand that items that do not fit properly but are in accordance with the specifications you ordered may not necessarily be returned or exchanged.
To assist with alleviating this possibility, please ensure you enter the size measure details as noted in the foot sizing guide page at the checkout.

 Colour Mismatch

Noting:  computer screen colours may not necessarily match the colour of the pictures shown on the site. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong colour, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

  1. No returns and no exchanges for personalized items.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request atContact Usto Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs if appropriate stating the reason for your return.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval and RA number from our Customer Service.

  1. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return.
    Please send the item(s) through your preferred carrier within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return form. Please note: Aus Post mailing has no tracking and may not arrive, so it is up to your discretion what service and if you would like tracking (we strongly advise tracking of some sort). Please keep the tracking number safe.
  2. All return item(s) will go through inspections.
    a: If we process an exchange, this will often happen on the same day as returned items are received, but no later than 3 days including weekends. We do not ship goods on any Friday.
    b: You may choose to have a store credit applied so your account has the funds for another purchase.
    c: You may choose a refund where applicable, If we process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. The refund will be returned as follows
    If you paid by paypal the refund will be processed back to paypal,
    Cheque or Direct credit will require you to provide bank account details for us to credit your refund.
    When a refund has been processed by us, it can take 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
    Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge, we do not.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if items are returned in unacceptable condition.

Order Cancellation

We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a pair of shoes for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that if we commence a made to order pair of shoe, once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

– Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 days.
– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
– Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
– Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel your order, please login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request cancellation.  All online orders must be cancelled online to avoid any misuse of the order system
